RETURNS

Our policy allows a 14-day return period. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items excluded from returns:
* Gift cards
* Customized products
Please contact us in these cases to find a solution together; do not return your purchase without notifying us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the item's receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

We'll apply a restocking fee of 25%.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no returns or refunds are possible for sale items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at samdea.mi@hotmail.it, and we will provide you with the address to send the item to.

Shipping

To initiate a return, contact us via email at samdea.mi@hotmail.it to obtain the return shipping address.
The shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
