Collection: Breath Mala

Practice should not become one more thing to do,

one more sense of inadequacy to add to the thousand things we are supposed to do and be.

Practice should support us, not sink us even deeper into our already overfull days.

From this surprisingly simple idea, these small malas were born: little companions to carry with you, so you can return to the body, to calm, to intuition, and to your deep inner wisdom, one breath at a time.

The Breath Mala are created from the desire to make mindful breathing simpler, more tangible, and easier to integrate into everyday life.

A light, practical, quiet tool that accompanies you as you live: in your pocket, in your bag, in your hand, or on your wrist.

In my first sessions with clients, one of the first things I observe is exactly this: how they breathe.

The breath tells a story: hurry, fear, control, exhaustion, the need to hold everything in. It tells us whether we are in the body or living only in the head. And above all, it tells us how much space we are allowing ourselves.

Usually, very little.

This mala was created to remind us of one essential, simple, and free thing: breathe.

I don’t enjoy counting while I practice breathwork because, although it can be useful for many techniques, it doesn’t allow me to fully let go. And so I remain exactly where I don’t want to be: in my head.

With the Breath Mala, instead, the beads guide you. You let them slide through your fingers and, when they change shape or size, you move into the next phase of the breath. Wonderful.

You can use it for a full practice, or for short cycles throughout the day: while waiting for the elevator, standing in line, before replying to a message, after an intense conversation, or anytime you feel the need to come back to yourself.

You don’t need to change everything.

You “just” need to return to the body.
