Samdea Workshop | Creating Your Mala | Milano 17 October 2026, 2-6 pm

Set your intention and easily create your own mala.

Traditionally, it is believed that each person should knot their own mala by hand, repeating their mantra or intention with every knot.

You can do this too, with my guidance and experience, as we take this small journey together.

During the workshop, I will help you choose your crystals from around 40 different natural, untreated semi-precious stones, as well as wood or seeds. We will talk about your intention, how to set it, and how to integrate your meditation practice into everyday life so it can become real.

I will give you the knowledge you need to create your mala, and with my help, you will be able to easily knot your future companion.

Knotting your own mala is a unique experience: an intentional act and an important moment of reflection. During our time together, I will share something about the history of malas, mantras, and sankalpa. We will hold a short ceremony, meditate, and chant together.

At the end of the session, you will have your own personal mala and the skills to create future malas independently.

The cost includes all the materials needed to create a 108-bead mala.

The workshop will be held in Italian, but English speakers are very welcome.
