A three-month journey with the mala as your working tool — not a symbol to look at, but something to use: for listening, for repetition, for returning to the body when your mind runs ahead of you.

This isn't about setting a goal and chasing it. It's slower and more specific than that: who you are, what actually guides your choices, who you're becoming — and what concrete steps close the distance between where you are and where you're headed.
