Why I Created It

I made this Juzu for those following the SGI Nichiren Buddhist path, as a companion for chanting and daily devotion — steady, quiet, and built to last.

Materials & Meaning

This handcrafted Japanese Juzu is inspired by the SGI Nichiren Buddhist tradition, made of untreated natural white jade and clear quartz, with hematite and stainless steel accents — created to support the chanting of "Nam Myoho Renge Kyo."

White jade is traditionally associated with inner harmony and spiritual strength. Clear quartz, often called the "master healer" in crystal lore, is traditionally linked to clarity and focus. Hematite is traditionally associated with grounding.

Technical Details

– Natural stones (6 mm), plus larger accent beads
– With knots between beads, for a refined and durable finish
– Inner circumference (between Shakyamuni and Taho beads): approx. 35 in (88 cm)
– Tassels: 5 in and 6 in (12.5 cm and 15 cm)
– Total length: 28 in (71 cm)
– Hand-strung on ultra-resistant cord, with stainless steel details

Authenticity

Every stone is genuine and untreated — never dyed or heat-treated — hand-strung on a cord built to last.
