This mala is made for those who are willing to sit with the parts of themselves that are harder to look at — a tactile companion for reflection, not a solution in itself. This mini version, with smaller 6 mm beads, keeps the same stones and symbolism as the original in a lighter, more delicate piece.

Obsidian is traditionally associated with self-reflection and honesty, sometimes called a "mirror stone" for its ability to bring hidden patterns into view.

Amethyst is traditionally associated with clarity and calm, especially during emotionally intense moments.

Dark labradorite is traditionally associated with intuition and navigating change, its shifting flashes of color often linked to transformation.

A stainless steel bead is engraved with the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, a Tibetan Buddhist mantra traditionally associated with compassion, invoking the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara.

A small Triquetra charm — an ancient symbol traditionally associated with interconnection and the cycles of life.

Lava stone is traditionally associated with grounding and resilience. Its naturally porous surface can also hold a drop of your favorite essential oil, letting the scent accompany your practice throughout the day.

Why this mala

This mala is meant as a physical anchor for practices like shadow work, grounding meditation, or moments of self-inquiry — something to hold onto, one bead at a time, while you sit with what's difficult.
