Why I created this mala

One of a kind. This 31.5 in / 80 cm short mala is a vibrant, heartfelt companion for daily practice, made with 81 natural gemstone beads, 8 mm / 0.315 in. Though shorter than a traditional 108-bead mala, it's easy to wear throughout the day as a quiet reminder of your intention — for mini meditations, affirmations, or just staying present.

Materials and meaning

Chrysocolla is traditionally associated with feminine strength and calm assertiveness. Lapis lazuli is traditionally associated with truth, clarity, and honest expression — one of the oldest stones used across cultures for inner reflection. Clear quartz rounds out the palette, often called the queen of stones for its clarity and versatility.

At the center sits a delicate heart-shaped meru in lapis lazuli — a small symbol of truth held close to the heart. Lapis has traditionally been associated, across several mystical traditions, with inner vision and clear communication, which is part of why it felt right here, paired with chrysocolla's connection to honest, grounded expression.
