Holistic Coaching is a path of personal growth that supports the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Rather than focusing only on goals, this approach helps create deeper alignment so change can become authentic, embodied, and sustainable.

Through an integrated blend of coaching, psychology-informed insight, yoga, breathwork, psychosomatics, meditation, active imagination, and hypnosis, we create a safe and supportive space to explore inner blocks, move through challenges, and build meaningful change.

My approach adapts to your needs, recognizing that true transformation does not happen through thought alone. It involves the whole system: mind, body, emotions, and inner awareness.

This offering is designed for those who are ready for a steady and supportive process. Sessions take place every two weeks over a minimum period of three months, allowing enough time for insight, integration, and real change.
