Holistic Coaching - First Session

Book Your Session: We will choose a time that fits your schedule. Sessions in California could held in person at a yoga studio's shala in Napa. We can find a different solution for you if you live near Napa and prefer to have your session in a different setting (for example, outdoors or at your favorite yoga studio).

Share Some Information: Before the session, I will ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire regarding your lifestyle, motivations, and goals. This will help you organize your thoughts and help me prepare to support you.

During the Session: I will ask you to set up a corner of your home or another quiet place where you feel safe and where no one can see or hear you. It is recommended to have a yoga mat available. We will meet via video call, and the first session will last 75 minutes.

Customize Your Journey: You will receive follow-up with additional resources, suggestions, and tasks or exercises to complete. We will check in after some time (2-4 weeks, depending on what emerges) to evaluate how things are going, even if you feel that a single session was sufficient.

After the First Session: I will be available to answer your questions and provide further support. However, it often happens that the first session is sufficient to trigger the necessary transformation. If it is not, which is entirely natural for some situations, I will be available to continue supporting you.
