Entropic Holistic Coaching - 3 sessions

Entropic Holistic Coaching (EHC) represents a new approach to personal growth that embraces the entirety of the human being: body, mind, and spirit. This method goes beyond simply achieving specific goals, as seen in traditional coaching, and focuses on the deep alignment of all dimensions of the individual, with the aim of promoting lasting and authentic change.

Based on a combination of coaching techniques, yoga, principles of psychosomatics, meditation and relaxation, active imagination, and psychology, EHC creates a safe space where each individual can explore and confront their inner blocks and life challenges. It is a journey that dynamically adapts to the personal needs and goals of each person, recognizing that change is not just about the mind and the actions to be taken but involves the whole body and energy field.

EHC is suitable for any situation, especially when facing specific problems or difficulties. Support is provided throughout the process, helping to overcome obstacles and maintain motivation. A commitment of at least three sessions, spread over a maximum of three months, is recommended.
