The d-ENTRO will take place in the province of Modena, Italy.

How many times have you had a wonderful experience—a vacation where you felt truly alive, a retreat where you learned something new about yourself, or even a particularly meaningful yoga class? And then, after that experience ended, you returned to your daily routine, and within a few hours, everything went back to exactly how it was before.

For the second time in Italy, Dr. Cristina Penna will bring the d-ENTRO mini-retreat: an innovative, holistic, and integrated method to connect with your deepest self and discover that, contrary to what you might think, you already have within you everything you need to shine and live the life you desire. 

In this workshop, we will practice yoga, meditation, breathwork, psychosomatic movements, art, dance, and play: it will be a practical laboratory where you can experiment with new approaches to yourself, discover your potential, and learn how to use your strength and awareness to start feeling better. 

Most importantly, you will learn how to integrate the work we do together into your life, thus transforming intention into real change.

This workshop is also perfect for those who have had a psychedelic experience and want to better understand, deepen, and explore it, turning it into a valuable moment of discovery of their motivations and values, oriented toward transformation.

After you register, Dr. Penna will contact you for the preparatory interview, which is necessary to determine if the mini-retreat is suitable for you and if it truly aligns with what you are seeking. During the interview, there will be time to clarify certain aspects and address your questions.

The interview does not guarantee admission to the retreat. If necessary, a more suitable alternative will be proposed, and your deposit for d-ENTRO will be fully refunded.
