In a 45-minute one-on-one consultation, we'll talk through your current phase of life and shape a mantra (secular or spiritual) or a sankalpa — a clear intention — together. From there, I'll guide you in choosing the crystals that feel most connected to your story and purpose.

What Is a Guru Mala?

A guru mala features one distinctive larger bead — the guru bead — traditionally representing the spiritual teacher or inner guide. Traditionally, this bead is not crossed during meditation: upon reaching it, the practitioner pauses, reflects, and reverses direction.
