Centering Mala Necklace – Tiger's Eye and Yellow Jade | 108 Beads

Why I Created It

This mala is a companion for centering — for coming back to steady ground, and from there, opening to what's good. Tiger's eye carries a traditional meaning of quiet strength: not the tiger's aggression, but its stillness — the composure to stay grounded and centered even when circumstances would have you react.

Materials & Meaning

Tiger's eye is traditionally associated with grounding, courage, and clarity — the steadiness to see a situation for what it truly is, from a place of calm rather than reaction. It's also traditionally considered a stone of willpower: linked to determination and to a firmness that doesn't rely on aggression to hold its ground, historically tied to vigilance — the steadiness to keep your eyes open rather than look away.

Yellow jade is traditionally linked to joy, abundance, and optimism — a warm, solar energy that opens the heart to what is good and possible.

The meru, placed at the center of the mala, is yellow tiger's eye — marking the traditional pause in the cycle, the point of return. The pendant carries a Lotus and Buddha charm: the lotus, traditionally a symbol of purity and rising above difficulty, and the Buddha, a symbol of wisdom and compassion.
