The physical ritual with the mala makes the practice intuitive, providing a concrete guide to maintaining focus and promoting relaxation.  

During the workshop, you will discover:  
- What a mala is, how to use it, how to take care of it, and what it means if it breaks or gets lost;  
- Why Japamala meditation is one of the simplest and most effective practices, and how to perform it;  
- How to use the transformative power of thought and intention.  

Dr. Cristina Penna is a yoga teacher (RYT 500+) and holds a degree in clinical psychology. For years, she has been teaching in Italy and California how to use the power of intention to live a more fulfilling life.
